    • www.susana.org   If you go to the Technology Table on the RHS click on Urine Diversion Dehydration Toilets where you will find a number of sanitation cases listed which are very enlightening.  Have a look at section 12, “Sustainabilty assessment and long term impacts” tables, of both the “Peri-Urban sanitation studies of UDDTs at e Thekwini Municipality in SA and the Allotment gardens at Cagayan de Oro in the Phillipines” as it gives a way of assessing the success or otherwise of each project. There is another ie “ UDDTs implemented via CBO’s & Water Services Trust Fund, Nyanza, Kenya”, which goes into the Sanitation project cycle for rural areas on p13 which is helpful.  Another case study worth looking at is the “Biogas at a Toilet Block with Water Kiosk at Naivasha in Kenya”.
